Have fun

Remember to let go and have fun. There is no right or wrong way to move, you are welcome to express freely through movement.

Move however it feels good to you

Maybe you feel like doing a small, slow dance, or maybe you feel like jumping all over the place. All is welcome. You can even be still and meditate if you want, or do asanas, you can experiment contact improv or share massage with others. As long as you keep moving and keep your attention in your body, you will receive the full benefits of this practice.

Music might not always suit your taste. Even when you don’t like a song, try moving with it, rather than walking out of the dance floor and having a chat. You might discover that your feelings change together with the waves of the music and you might experience deep states of inner joy, connection and bliss when you let yourself be moved by music, without reacting to dislikes.
